No, no, this really isn't a problem, he does it all the time. He hates these kinds of meetings and nearly always cancels about five minutes before.
Look, just calm down. Go and get a coffee or something, we've got time. We always turn up late.

It's always like this. You'll get used to it. George always does this and I always do his bit for him. Nobody ever really gets to see him in a meeting and they always end up working with us. It's how it works. Go and get a coffee.
